Roy C. Bain has been representing injured people since 1973. He has litigated car wrecks, boating accidents, maritime injuries, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and slip and fall injuries.
He received his B.S. degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1969 and his J.D. degree from UNC School of Law in 1973. He served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1967 and was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant after receiving the Bronze Star for Valor.
He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Association for Justice, two organizations which are solely devoted to representing people, not corporations or insurance companies. Through these organizations, he obtains the latest information on personal injury law and cases.
Together with his partner Todd Rodzik and associate Elizabeth Bennet and staff, he has totally devoted his practice to making sure that Bain & Rodzik clients are fully compensated after being injured through no fault of their own.
